| Abstract | The process of chloride leaching is developed by Outotec HydroCopper®–Company. The technology can to be applied for leaching of all types of copper sulphidic concentrates at atmosphere pressure. Metal copper in the form of a half-finished product is a product of the this technology. An end-product can be wire rod with any diameter, pigs, slabs or sheets, depending on a choice of the producer. Installation on the basis of HydroCopper® technology can be situated directly on an extraction place or to be the separate enterprise for processing of the concentrate arriving from different sources. |
