Abstract | This work deals with simulation of amorphous and crystalline diamond-like film formation processes on surfaces oriented along the (100) crystallographic direction. Monolayer formation mechanisms and the effect of temperature and pressure on the microstructure of diamond-like materials films have been analyzed. |
