Experience of carrying-out of Russian-Norwegian “Clean Production” Programme at locations of Transpolar Division of OJCS “MMC Norilsk nickel” is described in this paper. Specialist training according to Norwegian concept of gradual, economically efficient improvement of production reformation with rational use of natural and energy supply resources is a program objective.Realization of six cycles of the program confirms purposefulness of Transpolar Division of JSC "MMC" Norilsk nickel" at introduction and maintenance of the system directed on management improvement of environmental protection. Positive results have been obtained.
