Abstract
The crucial part of the self-travelling mining machinery in improvement of technology and increase of efficiency of underground mining of ore deposits is shown. The technique of calculations of productivity and necessary quantities of self-travelling machineries developed by request of Transpolar Division of JSC "MMC "Norilsk nickel" with use of software products is presented.
