In connection with changing the conditions of people’s life and sophistication of general ecological situation, the existing approach to restoration of lands violated by mining works should be replaced by revitalizing approach (it concerns mainly growing of agricultural products and shrubs). The factors having effect on valuability of recreation territories are analyzed.
