Abstract
Results of researches and pilot-industrial works for evaluation of radiation situation and environmental load at opening of a preserving horizon and development of radioactive wastes of the tailing dump are presented. The model of development of technogenic concentrations with the monitoring system of radiation parametres and radiation burden on the personnel and the citizens is offered.
