On the basis of the analysis of results of geological survey and exploratory-estimated works, and also comparisons of geological-structural features and mineral structure of ore occurrences with calcic deposits in the USA and Canada are proved. Prospects of discovery and development of new large deposits of noble and nonferrous metals in the northern part of Republic Tajikistan are presented.
