The method of rationing of requirement for spares for the supersize dumpers used in open-cast mines, based on the law of resource allocation and considering quality of major repairs of centers and units, and also risks of incurrence of deficit of spares is presented. New specifications for service conditions of dumpers in open-cast mines Co. Ltd. “ALROSA” are shown, allowing plan reasonably requirement for spares and expenses on repairs.
