Реферат The results of processing studies of the Fenkina-Lampi deposit mineral quartz, represented by milk-white vein quartz, are presented. The data related to mineralogical-petrographic studies and pre-concentration of this mineral are generalized, determining the choice of technologies for deeper concentration. A considerable improvement in quartz concentrates grade as a result of microwave radiation in combination with thermal-shock and chlorination is shown. The processing studies results showed, that quartz from this deposit may be used for ferrosilicon production following preliminary concentration.
