The results of experimental studies in roasting of electronic scrap are presented. Industrial rotary continuous electric furnace has been developed, designed and put into practice at Shchelkovsky works of secondary noble metals. The results of industrial testings of roasting process have been as well presented and optimal procedure for conducting roasting process has been chosen on the base of these results, taking into account composition of raw materials processed at the works.
