| Abstract | The results of investigation of the effect of aggressive gas medium at the enterprises of non-ferrous metallurgy on durability of iron concrete constructions are presented; these results allow to solve the problems of improvement of designing works and corrosion protection for constructions made of heavy concrete, as well as operation and supervision on the state of these constructions, the system of planned preventive maintenances and reconstruction of industrial buildings and constructions. Prediction of durability at the stage of designing and putting into practice is made based on the condition of reaching ultimate state with the fact of neutralization of concrete protective layer. Predicting of durability of iron concrete construction at tire stage of operation depends on actual conditions and can be based on analysis of corrosion process in concrete and reinforced bars, reserves of carrying capacity and deformability of iron concrete components. |
