Abstract | The results of laboratorial and enlarged investigations of the technology for processing of stale and current lead cakes of zinc production using complex-forming reagent Trylon B have shown possibility of grade lead production with through lead extraction as much as 96 %. Optimal leaching conditions for current lead cakes of zinc production at “Electrozink” enterprise are determined: L:S = 10:1, pH = 7, temperature = 20–25 °C. Electric extraction allows to regenerate solvent and to return it at the process head. |
