| Abstract | Possibility of usage of “Arena” system for imitating simulation for multi-resource and multi-range production at a metallurgical enterprise has been investigated in order to solve consequently the problem of managing intra-shop flows for compensation of arising different external fluctuations. The analysis of simulation results undertaken on the base of 2002 data from Nizhny Tagil metallurgical works has displayed their good correspondence with the work data. Changes of material flows at the main production facilities of the works, as a result of occurring different hazardous situations, are analyzed. |
