Solid pulleys are basis-form for numerous components in the machine and plant construction — for example for cogwheels in the gear industry, cam discs in turbines and pressure vessels as well as petrochemical plants. An efficient and a high-quality production of solid pulleys is interesting with regard to economic aspects as well as the technical point of view. Considering these points, Edelstahl Rosswag has examined two different manufacturing procedures.
