The paper describes foundation, establishment and development of Tajikistan’s aluminium plant and also TALCO State Unitary Enterprise, created on this base in 2007. The general directions of the company activities, prospects and strategies of long-term development have been shown. Strategical principles of the company provide stable and dynamical producing development, orientatation to modern technologies and creation of conditions, inspired professional staff competence. It allows to take a part in international business in aluminium industry and now the company is acknowledge in world community. The principal thesis based on responsibility of the company before society and involved successful production activity, social protection in area of enterprise infrastructure and city keeping, environment protection, health of staff and their families. Mission of the company is contribution in economical development, prosperity and social stability in the country, increasing of potential production, effective development of alumininum industry in Tajikistan and integration in world economics.
