Abstract | Investigations were made on gravity concentrate, which was obtained from ore of “Zapodnoye” mine in industrial circle on ore-dressing process; it was used the method of intensive cyanidation in tub. Tests were carried out in a laboratorial constant-temperature reactor in conditions of mechanical agitation. Oxygen was used as an oxidizer, which was added in pulp through ceramic dispergator. Influence of material fineness, temperature and concentration of NaCN on process was researched. The best result of gold recovery was 98.7%, residual gold quantity in solid tails was 1.83 g/t. Optimal regime of intensive cyanidation is: material fineness — 90% size 0,071 mm, pulp temperature — 20 оС, concentration of NaCN – 5 g/l. |
