Реферат

It is shown that difficult financial conditions of the aluminum industry enterprises defines a need in increased attention to the human resource management for providing stable social and labor relations. Together with it, wage systems and social programs should be adapted to the signals of manufacturing market. Executives of companies and especially human resource managers are recommended to monitor levels of wage differentiation by professional groups of employees as well as compliance of the workmen of leading professions wage growth rate with increasing productivity and production efficiency. The important factor influencing on stability of labor relations is an average wage to cost of living ratio. In aluminum industry this indicator largely depends on prices for aluminum. The authors believe that volatility of the steel production market is an objective factor reducing the influence of which is a required condition for solving a problem of strengthening stability of labor relations. Methodology for the labor compensation fund formation based on standards is proposed as a framework of effective labor motivation. It is also important that all staff categories, especially workers and leaders of the primary trade union organizations have a clear understanding of market consequences for the company economics of the output volumes increase or reduction.
