Abstract

Business-processes of financial development were introduced in 2006. These processes are regulated by inner provisions and orders, which are continuously developing in concordance with current needs of enterprise and shakeholders` demands.

Financial management on the Dokuchaevsk Flux and Dolomite Industrial Complex is organized by classic principle PDCA (plan — do — check - act) and provides: planning of wastes, delivery and payments; control of wastes, delivery and payments; formation of management accounts and analysis.

OLAP-technologies play the increasing role in the analysis, with the implementation of mySAP ERP-system. These technologies allow to hold the statistics analysis of the multidimentional data array.
