System of supplying the employees with the social benefits is created on the Dokuchaevsk Flux and Dolomite Industrial Complex, as well as the branched structure of the social objects: athletic facilities, hygiene and disease prevention services, medical and educational institutions.

Dokuchaevsk Industrial Complex has a sanatorium-preventorium “Zdorove”, “Lebedinoe Ozero” zoo, four departmetnal kindergartens, house of labour veterans and recreation center on Nikolaevskoe water storage basin, which is situated in 18 kilometers far from the city.

Through the “Dolomite” sports club, the trade-union committee organizes physical training and sport studies for adults and children. Also the complex has it's own television studio and sports school for children and youth. Social sphere is the key element of labor motivation.
