This article gives the research results of a possibile broadening of mineral and raw materials base of Navoi MMC. This researching was held by the choice of optimal ways of involving the small-scale gold deposits into the industrial exploitation. These gold deposits are situated in the influence area of large Mining and Processing Enterprises.

The main criteria of small-scale gold deposits development are defined by the factors of metals` price and mining and technological conditions of their development. As a result – is a further growth of a gold-ore potential of Uzbekistan Republic, prolongation of a steady work term of mining and processing enterprises with their adaptation to the new economic conditiopns.
