Qualitative ore preparation is the basis of the productiveness increasing of processing production area |
Abstract |
There were considered the project decisions on the ore preparation junction, which are developed by “Yakutniproalmaz” institute for processing plant No. 2 of Lomonosov ore-dressing and processing enterprise with 4 million tones of ore per year. The proposed scheme has certain disadvantages: Putting ore directly to the mills supposes the oversize return capacity from the recieving gratings. This is economically unreasonable. The necessity of purchacing and servicing of the expencive import forklift trucks appears for the ore supply to the factory; Forklift truck will be working in the regime, which is uncharacteristic for it, which leads to the increased costs of fuel and service parts; Factory supply with raw materials through the primary landing leads to the conciderable expences, which are connected with the double ore transfer. On the basis of the foregoing, authors have the doubts about the possibility of the uninterrupted supply of a new beneficating factory with ore in necessative volumes, according to the scheme, which is based in the project of «Yakutniproalmaz» institute. Authors propose an introduction of a crushing and pipelined complex for ore preparation, which application yield favourable results on the II module of processing factory of «Katoka» Mining Company in Angola Republic. Ore preparation process with ore crushing provides more qualitative raw materials preparation. The costs, which are connected with the necessity of oversize return from the recieving gratings on the near bunker storehouse, would come to nought. The costs on the ore reblading would be minimized. More even granulometric composition of the crushed material allows to provide the necessary parameters of the process of further ore processing. |
