Abstract | It is good known, that Au (III) and Au (I) ions are reduced by action some substances in chloride solution. Lightly, as this ions have high redox potentional. But the action of monoxide carbon under similar solutions not happened practically. In this paper the results such action are bring. In work were used multicomponent solutions (all platinum metals, gold, silver, copper, nikel, lead and other elements) by concentration of gold from 0,1 to 10 g/l. This solutions were processing by monoxide carbon under atmospheric pressure and temperature 20–60 оC. In practical can be used some technological gas, where concentration of monoxide carbon here ≥20%: generator-gas, water-gas and other. One from technological solution had following composition, g/l: 0.82 Au; 20.2 Pt; 53.0 Pd; 6.5 Rh; 2.7 Ir; 0.5 Ru; 16.4 Cu; 2.9 Ni; 3.85 Bi; 3.7 Pb; 1.5 Fe; 2.3 Se; 3.0 Te. This solution was worked by monoxide carbon at atmospheric pressure and 30 оC. Here was received following results: Extract in concentrate made up, %: >99 Au; ≤5 Σ(Pt, Pd); ≤5 Σ(Rh, Ru, Ir); sligh Σ(Se, Te). The concentrate kept 19–23% of Au. Other solution (slame from copper electrolysis) had following composition, g/l: 0.24 Au; 0.40 Ag; 2.20 Pt; 5.76 Pd; ~50 Cu; ~30 Ni; ~3 Fe; 214 Cl–; 67,5 SO42–. This solutions was worked by gaseous mixture from 25% CO and 75% CO2 at atmospheric pressure and temperature 60 оC. Here acceived gold following composition, %: 63.8 Au; 30.3 Pd; 5.8 Pt. It was shown that process of hydrocarbonylation allow to precipitate of gold in concentrate. This process can be used for affined of gold. |
