BREIF INTRODUCTION

All my education and career are related to the production of heavy steel plates. My experience combines the knowledge of the production process and scientific activity. I’m the author of 51 publications in periodical scientific journals. All my publications related to the production of heavy plates for linepipes, offshore, shipbuilding, structural and pressure vessels purposes. Usually I have deal with steel heavy plates production according to EN, ASTM, ASME, CSA, API standards and ABS, DNV/GL, LR, BV rules.

WORK EXPERIENCE
1. 2013-Present time, NLMK DanSteel (Denmark, Frederiksvaerk). Quality & Test Department. Responsible for development and maintenance of technology for production of low carbon (alloyed, microalloyed) heavy plates in
TM, NR, N, AR, NT delivery conditions. Provide assistance and guidance to Sales and Planning departments. Claims. I'm familiar with QT products as well due to cooperation with Quality departments of sister companies NLMK Verona and NLMK Clabecq, who are producing QT products as well. Latest position: Technology Manager (Production area).
2. 2008-2013, I.P. Bardin Central Research Institute for Ferrous Metallurgy (Russia, Moscow). Center for Pipe and Weld Structure Steels Development of technology of high quality low and extra low carbon microalloyed heavy plate production. Investigations of phase transformations, recrystallization processes, weldability of low carbon steels with advanced/new chemical composition, etc.
