Abstract

There is given a comparative estimation of functioning efficiency of Russian roller-bit rig SBSh-250 NMA (СБШ-250 НМА) and foreign hole drilling rigs with the same diameters. Engineering, technological and ecological indices confirm that application of foreign rigs is more reasonable. In this connection, the cost of drilling operations is, practically, the same. This article describes the downhole hammer rig Roc L8, which can drill the line holes, practically close to the bench slope. Such drilling can not be realized by other types of rigs.
