Abstract: Russian steel export is increasing at present time, caused by strengthened curtailment of national market. In this connection, steel production in Russia is expected to rise. But it is not clear, if the existing programs for further expanding of production facilities in Russia, that has been planned previously, will be realized in the conditions of serious financial restrictions?
