Abstract
Innovation technologies of Andritz Group, such as SCR technology, PowerBlast boiler, NOx burners, Ecomode process are described. Another direction of Andritz research activities — technological simulation is observed. Andritz Advanced Furnace Control (AFC) for voestalpine Stahl plant in Linz is displayes as an example.
