Реферат

The relevance of the research subject is conditioned by the increased rate and low predictability of fluctuations in the markets of energy resources, capital stocks and man power, and by the required sustainable performance of coal mines under such circumstances. The aim of the study is to prioritize labor relations which, combined with advanced technology and equipment, will enable persistent competitive ability of a mine in the conditions of high dynamics and uncertainty of the market environment. The article reveals close connection between labor relations and organization structure of a mining company. The proposed approach to optimizing organization structure is based on the balance between the interests and responsibilities of the subjects of labor relations, which includes full use of human capital assets and reduction in loss of time and resources. The suggested competitive recovery measures are based on the analysis of trends in labor relations, comparison of levels and dynamics of labor productivity in Russian and foreign mines, as well as on appraisal and generalization of performance of coal mines. The implementation of the proposed development of labor relations is illustrated in terms of an open pit coal mine first suffering recession and then improving its competitive positions later on.
