Abstract |
A method for calculating the deformation and energy-power parameters of the combined process of rotary drawing and cross-rolling of the wheel disk has been developed. The method enables to determine the resulting force on the rollers and its components along the axes, as well as the components of the plug drive power; the power required to bend the workpiece between the rollers and the plug; the power used for overcoming the friction forces on the plug pins; the power spent on overcoming the inertia of the electric motor armature, plug and pulley during rotary drawing and cross-rolling of wheel disks. It has been shown that the determination of the consumed power of the electric motor, taking into account the power used to overcome the inertia of the dynamic components of the drive (anchor, saddle and pulley), enables to increase the accuracy of calculation by 8–10%. |
