Abstract
Circumstances and the main causes of the accident with drastic consequences, happened in December 2009 at the “Estyuninskaya” mine during transportation of explosive materials to underground consumption storehouse have been expounded on the base of investigation materials. Procedures for prevention of similar accidents have been presented.
