Abstract | The distinctiveness of Kovdor Ore Dressing and Processing Enterprise is the extraction and processing of multicomponent natural and technogenic mineral raw materials with the following production of iron ore, apatite and baddeleyte concentrates. Herewith, the low contents of extracted components (Fe, P2O5, ZrO2) into the marketable products and complex material composition of mineral raw materials foreordain rather branched technology and scheme of the chain of its concentration equipment. In connection with this, the enterprise has rather powerful sampling and control system of the material composition of ores, industrial concentration products and marketable concentrates. The main subdivision, which provides the methodological and analytical parts of control and management system of the extraction and processing technology of mineral raw materials, is the shop of engineering-analytical and experimental-industrial operations, which includes the chemical and geophysical laboratories and the spectral analysis group. |
