This article shares the basic directions of the human resources management of the Mineral and Chemical Company “EuroChem”, in terms of Kovdor Ore Dressing and Processing Enterprise. There are shown: the system of personnel searching and recruitment; forms of training and development of personnel; dynamics of the quantity and structure of personnel; new renumeration and motivation management system, applied in 2008; forms of the social support of the well-being of workers and their families.
Improvement of working conditions and labor motivation, as well as the satisfaction of the basic needs of personnel is the characteristic of the social responsibility and respectable image of enterprise, and an object of the constant task of the senior management of Mineral and Chemical Company “EuroChem” and Kovdor Ore Dressing and Processing Enterprise. The basic directions of the labor motivation of the personnel of Kovdor Ore Dressing and Processing Enterprise are still the increasing of labor productivity and the degree of the personnel satisfaction with the manpower policy, as well as the consecutive increasing of the wellbeing standard of personnel.
