This article considers the basic directions of activities of Kovdor Ore Dressing and Processing Enterprise in and around the protection and improvement of working conditions, public health care, development of physical training, sports and culture entertainment in the town, support of veterans of war and labour. Chief management of Mineral and Chemical Company “EuroChem” and Kovdor Ore Dressing and Processing Enterprise consider the social activities as the factor of efficient influence on the production sphere, by the supplement of personnel with the atmosphere of understanding, solidarity, support, help, respect and goodneighborhood; by the consolidation and development of the traditions, laid by the first workers of the enterprise. At the same time, the social activities in the external economic relations increase the rating of the company and enterprise as the socially responsible partners, guarantors of stability in the regions of its production activities.
